The Cabal

© 2005
The main purpose of the group was the systematic coordination of the “marketing” of going to war with Iraq as well as selling the war here at home. One clear example of this fact is that “the escalation of nuclear rhetoric” during the pre-war stage, “including the introduction of the term ‘mushroom cloud’ into the debate, coincided with the formation” of WHIG.

* * * But as we now know we were deceived into believing the "Spin Machine", well I for one did not believe what we were being told.

There were no WMD''s found within Iraq. Although Bush thought it was a real riot looking for them in the Oval Office. A slide showed Mr Bush in the Oval office, leaning to look under a piece of furniture. "Those weapons of mass destruction have got to be here somewhere," he told the audience, drawing applause.

I did not find the humor in it, and was appalled our president would behave in such a manner.
Does he really think it's funny? I could be wrong but aren't there people dying.

Then the reason for invading Iraq changed to we're liberating them.

Then it changed to we're bringing democracy to them.

They have changed the story so much it makes my head spin from all the spinning, they are constantly spinning us into a Sufi dance of TransSpindental dervishes.

You spin me round round.* * *

That would be the sound of their teeth chattering!

They are scared to death they are in hot water, and they can't escape their pending doom.

I love that phrase TransSpindental dervishes.

It sounds so exotic!
