Somehow it's hard to believe that Kenny Boy could be dead of a heart attack no less, when he is such a heartless bastard.

If anyone goes to the funeral please take a mirror to place under his nose to see if there is any sign that he could still be alive.
Then drive a stake through the place where his heart should be.
