Susan Ralston resigned on news dump Friday i.e. yesterday. She was involved in providing Casino Jack inside information while receiving gifts from here former boss. After the emails were released it exposed the lies we have been told ever since Casino Jack got snared by his GREED.
The lies we were told that no one knew Jack. Except everyone knew Jack, and he was able to get three of his old team players from his lobbying firm in key positions that would benefit him.

"YOU WIN" is a reference to an email from Susan to Jack letting him know he was getting the appointment he wanted....
