Henry Waxman's letter in response to the non-response to his other request for the RNC emails (from the underhanded way to avoid the Presidential Records Act by supplying the White House with RNC email accounts) he requested in March. At least "roughly 50" people within the White House were using these email accounts. Karl Rove used these accounts 95% of the time according to an insider. Susan Ralston, Karl Rove's top assistant used these accounts, to conduct her illegal activies between her old boss Casino Jack Abramoff and her new boss Karl Rove.
