While McCain and Bush were celebrating McCain's Birthday, a city was drowning from Hurricane Katrina. They weren't concerned about the victims who were stranded in a city flooded by broken levies. A government that didn't concern themselves with how many people were drowning or whether or not have were safe. Instead they had a Birthday Party.
