Tom Noe: Flip Flops

Apparently Tom Noe decided he would change his plea, considering he was facing 15 years for his "loyality" of being a Bush pioneer.
Everybody who has been a pioneer seems to have some kind of shady operations. But, it appears to me the taxpayers, investors in these companies, and employees who are funding the GOP.
