While researching the record of Mad king Boy George's rule of Texas and his decisions to Grant Life or Destroy Life, I came upon an article published on Saturday, June 17, 2000 in the New York Times, titled Texas Executions:
GW Bush Has Defined Himself, Unforgettably, As Shallow And Callous.
In his five years as governor of Texas, the state has executed 131 prisoners far more than any other state.
Some quotes from the article:
"I'm confident," he said last February, "that every person that has been put to death in Texas under my watch has been guilty of the crime charged, and has had full access to the courts."
He has no doubts about their Sanctity of Life as being are worthy of a stay of Execution.
"We've adequately answered innocence or guilt" in every case. The defendants, he said, "had full access to a fair trial."
Yet time and time again, the Texas Mad king refused to let people on trail have adequate legal representation. In 1/3 of those cases, the lawyer who represented the death penalty defendant at trial or on appeal had been or was later disbarred or otherwise sanctioned. In 40 cases the lawyers presented no evidence at all or only one witness at the sentencing phase of the trial.
He vetoed a bill, passed by the legislature, that would have let Texas counties set up a limited public defender program for the poor.
But as we should know by now, is Mad king Boy George does not believe in the "SANCTITY OF LIFE" if you are Poor. It doesn't matter the race or gender if you are POOR you are not VALUED as Human.

Then contrast what he said last week when Vetoed the Stem Cell bill.
“I felt like crossing this line would be a mistake, and once crossed we would find it almost impossible to turn back. Crossing the line would needlessly encourage a conflict between science and ethics that can only do damage to both, and to our nation as a whole.’’
Once again the Mad king gets to be the Decider in who Lives or Dies?
Did god give him that Right, the Right to decide who lives and who dies?
