Once again the Texas GOP is meddling in the Courts decision on our election process. They want to remove Tom BugBoy DeLay from the ballot. So, the Texas Attorney General is petitioning the 5th Curcuit Court to rule in their favor.

When BugBoy decided he was retiring from congress, Why didn't Governor Rick GoodHair Perry hold a Special Election for his District?

The answer to that question is obvious, they wanted to hand pick BugBoy's replacement. They didn't want the voters to nominate his replacement.
That would have meant they might vote for the Wrong Candidate.

So, now the Texas GOP is actually trying to blame it on the Democrats.
Go Figure!
This has become their Standard Operating Procedure. Blame other people for your Short Sightedness.
