The Bush Regime/Cartel/Cabal have a Plan for Iraq?

Well looks like Mad king Boy George has a plan for Iraq. He's so full of ideas, yet he hasn't offered any of them to the public. I only hear him repeating their Talking Points, their Sound Bites, their TranSpindental Rhetoric.
Nothing new, nothing to indicate when the Troops will get to come home.

Sooooo,
Has he shared those plans for victory with the Democrats?
Has he included any of them in his good ol boy fashion of uniting the parties?
Why doesn't he send his daughters to help fight them over there, so we don't have to fight them here?
