It's that time of year to really do something to affect our state for a few years.
It's that time of year to take on the establishment.
To rid ourselves of the current MisAdministrators.
Time to force their hand.
Time to send them packing.

Ann mentions "Shrub" being renamed "Stump", that has a couple of meanings, the one about him being a Professional Stump refers to his constant campaigning using his office to stump for votes. The other reference is to him being cut down to nothing more than a Stump....;-P
