Texas Gangsta's of Justice

© 2007

I really can't understand how this "provision" could be considered legal. After all this "provision" was snuck in the bill in the wee hours before the bill was to be voted on.
Michael O'Neill who works as legal counsel to Senator Arlen Specter takes it upon himself to insert this "provision" into the bill at the DIRECTION OF THE JUSTICE DEPT.

Why isn't THIS being investigated?

Arlen admitted Michael did THIS. Yet, where is the outrage?

SHEESH: Is this how "Democracy" is suppose to work?

Should this become the NORM? After a bill has passed the Senate/House, then the other chamber can insert ANYTHING into a bill in the early morning hours just before the next day's vote?

Hummmm, I could see how this could work to a lot of people's advantage.

Good article here concerning Senator Spector's Legal Counsel Michael O'Neill.
