Why would this take soooooo long to sort out?
What is going on that it would take almost TWO YEARS to determine Scott's wrong-doings?

Well, I'm sooooooooooo glad Scott will be investigating Karl Rove. I'm sure he will get to the bottom of Karl's shenanigans.
