Apparently Al Franken knows a little more than Fat Tony when it comes to judicial demeanor and ethics. Al took the "justice" to task for his refusal to recuse himself from hearing a case before the court, that involved Cheney's energy task force. A federal court ordered Cheney to release the documents.

The Bush MisAdministration then went to the Supreme Court to appeal that decision. Sound familiar (2000).

Before the case went before the Supreme Court Fat Tony and Fat Dick went on a duck hunting trip, that also included an exec. from the energy industry.
Coincidence!

The case was overturned, BIG SURPRISE....

But that was the only time Fat Tony didn't recuse himself from a case that involved Bush & Cheney.
