Alcohol Invovled in Shooting?

© 2006 Com•Log•ic

Dick admits to drinking, before the shooting accident!
Even though he only admits to drinking a beer.
How do we know for certain? After all they didn't inform law enforcement until the Next day. Plenty of time for any alcohol to leave the blood stream.

As Alan Dershowitz pointed out: What is the most likely thing to happen during a 14 hour delay that is worth the negative publicity? One possibility is that it takes approximately that period of time for alcohol to dissipate in the body and no longer be subject to accurate testing. It is fairly common for people involved in alcohol-related accidents to delay reporting them until the alcohol has left the body. We do know that Dick had two drunk driving convictions when he was in his early 20s. Was there any alcohol at or near the hunting area? Were any in the hunting party carrying flasks (which is apparently common among hunters)?

Ask a wife abuser if he ever beats his wife, he will usually respond with "No I don't beat my wife, I slap her around a little, but I don't beat her."

I guess we'll never know for sure, because Dick lies so much.

Why isn't Katherine under the microscope for allowing people to drink before hunting, and why didn't she make sure they had the proper hunting stamps?
Since Dick revealed that she is a former head of the Texas Wildlife and Parks Department, the game control commission in the state of Texas.
She should know better.

I think she should be investigated for allowing people to drink alcohol on her premises before they go hunting.

You can read Dick's interview he gave to Faux News at link below.

UPDATE: Media Matters has brought this to my attention. Faux News decided to omit any reference to Dick confessing to drinking "a beer", on their taped program and streaming video. But if you read the transcript you will see that the reference is there...
