Election Update: Do-Over on First Ballot

So, the GOP has created a scandal within their own party dealing with voter irregularities. What do you know. I think during the last two presidential elections we had the same kind of irregularities. Yet anyone who tried to expose the "Voter Fraud" were labeled conspiracy theorist. Well maybe those conspiracy theorist should be given the benefit of the doubt now it has been exposed that the Repubs are inclined to rig elections...

A couple of interesting details about the new majority leader, which I didn't see mentioned in any of the articles about his win yesterday. His ties to Casino Jack Abramoff, or his shenanigans when he passed out checks from the tobacco giants on the House Floor.

And just one more fascinating tidbit concerning his rise to power. He replaced a Repub Congressman Donald E. "Buz" Lukens, R-Ohio, who got caught in a sex scandal involving a teenage girl. Some Ethics, Some Values....
