Could Dick, Would Dick, deliberately shoot Harry as a distraction concerning his involvement in the Plame Wilson leak?

My guess would be yes. He is totally capable of something this insane. After all he is never truthful about anything. He insist that he learned of Valerie Plame Wilson through Scooter Libby.
However there has been numerous reports that George Tenet (former CIA Director) informed Dick about Plame Wilson.

Why would Dick lie about that?
What does Dick have to hide in regards to how he learned of Plame Wilson's identity?
Why is Alberto Gonzales withholding emails from Dick's office concerning the matter?
Will "We the People" ever find out the truth behind this horrible episode of espionage?

As Dick said in his interview with Faux News Brit Hume, "This is a complicated story."
