A Slip of the Tongue?

So, now that Kidan is cooperating with the investigation into Gus Boulis' murder, he has acknowledge his role in knowing all along who murdered Gus.
He has repeatedly denied any knowledge about the gang-land style murder.
But he slipped up when he spoke with investigators May 1, by claiming his involvement in a conversation he had with the hit men, two months after the murder.

It's no secret that Gus and Adam were feuding over the sale of SunCruz.

Will he now be held liable for his involvement in the murder of Gus?
Will Casino Jack Abramoff also slip up on his involvement in the murder of Gus?

Fiorillo's attorney, Assistant Public Defender H. Dohn Williams, questioned Thursday the credibility of Kidan's statement. In a March 2001 statement to Fort Lauderdale police, Kidan denied knowing anything about the murder.

"My question is: If he wasn't involved in this, why would these people make these damaging and damning admissions to him?" Williams said.
