When will the Repubs get a Backbone?

Even though this is under the "Standing Up" title, it is interesting that they speak out on occasion. However, they never follow through with any meaningful hearings. They usually cave in under pressure.

They control the congress, yet they allow the Bush Regime/Cartel to do whatever the hell they choose.

When will they get a Backbone?

We always hear about the Democrats not having a Back Bone, but it is quite evident that the Repubs are suffering with the same problem.
