So, the Repubs have decided that they would run to the Federal courts.

Just like they did in 2000, they always run to the Federal courts to hear their case. GOP Chairwoman Tina Benkiser, is dumber than a suitcase full of rocks. This should be a State case and not a Federal case.
The only reason BugBoy stayed on the ballot for the primary was to use the money he raised for his defense fund, and to help choose who he wanted on the ballot as his replacement. Plain and simple.

Is the Federal court more likely to rule in their favor?
Do they have Activist Judges who tend to rule in their favor?

This is just another example of their trying to circumvent States Rights!
