Even though Dean didn't call her Stalin, I will. She may not have killed anyone, but she did kill thousands of voters with her voter purge. She kept the votes from being counted. She refused precincts request for extensions to count their votes. And on top of all of that, she Declared Mad king Boy George the Winner.

I would say that gives her the appearence of a Stalin in Charge!

While doing a search to confirm whether or not Stalin was the originator of the quote in the comic, I ran across this site. It has information concerning a documentary on Stalin and him casting a ballot during one of Russia's elections.
