Within the Law

I don't think the Bush Regime understands the laws of our nation. Otherwise they would have sought the FISA warrants from the FISA Court.
Why have they refused to obtain the warrants from the FISA court?
I suppose that's the million dollar question.
Bush mentions "his enemies", what the hell does that mean?
His political enemies, protesters, the Quakers (they held meetings over military recruiters in high schools, and were investigated),
We've seen how they treat their enemies, look what they did to John McCain during the 2000 (S)election.
In the Guardian article the newspapers were warned about our national interest being damaged, not national security, but national interest.
What is that all about?
How could our national interest be damaged by the newspapers, just because they revealed how the Bush Regime was usurping our constitution?
Which part of our national interest was he talking about?
I just hope that we have an investigation into how the Bush Regime is acting above the law. Why there atta be a law against overreaching executive powers. Bush has abused this power every chance he gets if he doesn't get his way. He waits until he can appoint people after Congress is on recess. He has just done it again, by appointing all Republicans to the vacated seats on the Federal Election Commission. Then we had the John Bolton appoint done in the same fashion. He was having a hard time getting confirmed in the Senate, so Bush just waited until he could usurp his powers once again and appointed Bolton. There are more instances of this occurring.
