Let Senator Kerry know that we do not want the Supreme Court turned into a Right Wing activist court. Let Mr. Kerry know he has your support, and call your Senators to express your concern about Alito.
He didn't provide any substance to his confirmation hearings, that should cause extreme concern about how he would rule on the court. He is not the right choice.

It's time to STOP CONFIRMING JUDGES WHO EVADE QUESTIONS AT THEIR HEARINGS, PERIOD. IF THEY REFUSE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS, SEND THEM PACKING. THEY HAVE NO BUSINESS SITTING ON THE HIGHEST BENCH IN THE LAND, IF THEY CAN'T ANSWER QUESTIONS BEING PUT FORTH TO THEM, PERIOD....
