"Cut and Run" Without DeLay

It seems as though the Repubs have exhausted all their legal avenues to keep Tom BugBoy DeLay off the November Ballot in Texas. Now they are trying to get a write in candidate to fend off the Democratic candidate Nick Lampson. BugBoy decided to "Cut and Run" all the way to Virginia, so he wouldn't have to face Lampson. He knew that his Culture of Corruption has caught up to him and he didn't want to acknowledge the FACTS that he couldn't have won his district.

I really don't understand Tina Benkiser accusation that the Democrats are trying to "Steal the Election."

How could they "Steal the Election" if they don't have a candidate to Steal it from?
What is the point to that statement?

I think the Repub party of Texas is running on Empty.
