Well so far the Texas Court, the 5th Circuit Court have ruled against Hot Tub Tom BugBoy Hammer DeLay. So, now they are headed to the US Supreme Court even though it isn't in session. Fat Tony is getting involved in this case.

Will Fat Tony be the only one to hear the case and make a ruling?

I guess time will tell.

They could have avoided the Courts if Governor Perry had done his job and called for a special election after the primary, so District 22 could have been involved in the process of voting for their representative. Instead they decided that they wanted to hand pick the candidate.
Now they want to place the blame on the Democratic Party. Typical Behavior on their part.
